Nando's Flame Grilled Chicken - MYAREE

This is not the first Nando's I've had food poisoning from! The restaurant looks very clean the staff are friendly, I just can't seem to score the delicious cooked chicken everyone else talks about :

Messy unclean tables greeted us which weren't cleared the whole time we were there. Make sure you're not busting for the loo as there was only one ladies and a queue greeted me. That said. We ordered Mixed platter for two and peri peri chips at 40 I thought a bit pricey, would have liked a salad to break up the meat and would have added to the dish but wasn't going to fork out more . All in all a well presented place, if they pick up on their table service and kept them tidier would certainly improve first impressions.

Food was cold, service was poor, it was impossible to work out how to order, total rubbish, don’t waste your time, we went be back.

No personal service found at this branch. Young man behind the counter extremely unhelpful when my phone was unable to log through the order. Not impressed with “new” system.

This is the 03rd time we have visited for a takeaway as working late and the third time they have messed it up! How hard can it be, wrap sounds nothing like burger and was repeated twice to no avail. Looks like it will be the last visit as it is beyond a joke. Yes when the takeaway was handed over we saw it was a burger, but after a 15 minute wait I decided not to sacrifice 15 mins more of our lives that we would never get back. To compound things the tasty grilled sweetcorn looked like a burnt sacrifice to the gods rather than something to dine in and enjoying 2 less customers, which I'm sure doesn't faze them one iota, but visit at your peril!
