When you have the sad task of taking the ashes of your loved ones to Haridwar, you need to be at a place that is quiet and peaceful...the turnover at the place always assures fresh food. the helpings are always very generous, food never disappoints.Toilets are well maintained and clean.the gardens are being tended to constantly, every flower bed looks manicured..

Moolchand was a good substitute for Cheetals when it started. It was new and a good place to relax and enjoy. This time it was full of fly inside and outside. Place was stinking due to not running of Airconditioner. However, Paratha and butter toast were good. Separate tea milk by the side) was refused and it was a surprise. Hope good sense prevails to Moolchand for improving the amenities.

Today we reached moolchand with family and entered in a restaurant where we asked by the staff to go outside and sit in a cafeteria/food court as some one vip is coming We feel most insulted being a customer, as customer is most vip for any sector but here moolchand is proving something else .. This visit at moolchand is very insulting infront of other customers.. Do tc when you visit moolchand on this while entering in a restaurant

Average place to take a break between Delhi-Haridwar-Dehradun. Pranthas or Chole Bhature or sweet lassi are ok to try.

Moolchand earlier was used to be a good midway stop but now its not good at all.Restaurant area was not maintained at all, it stinks, floor was smelling bad, toilets not clean.With Cheetal Grand and Namaste midway being the favourite stop overs of people this joint is no more used by frequent travellers.It is used as a banquet hall now more than a midway stop.Avoid if possible.
