Jimmy's Egg - Mustang

We have visited other Jimmy's Egg restaurants with good experiences. Our visit to the Mustang location was just OK. It was Labor Day and the place was 70% filled. It took about 10 min. to get our drink order. A few min. later we had our food order taken. Our breakfast arrived about 30 min. later . Overall the food was ok. Getting coffee refilled took awhile. After spending over an hour we came to the conclusion we will visit a different location next time.

Went in to dine, left 1.5 hrs later with takeout. Only discounted a single meal due to incompleteness, got home and at least one other meal missing completely. At about 30m after ordering, we were informed that there was a kitchen issue and our food was coming. 30m after that, having watched multiple tables get food we just decided to call it. We got an update about every time our waitress came by, if that tells you anything. Poor communication, incredibly poor service, zero attempt to make it right. 0/10 would not recommend.

We had Jimmy's egg for breakfast on our anniversary and cannot say enough good about this place! Especially our server Jana she was absolutely incredible, super fast, friendly, and kept up on everything we needed while eating. The food was incredible, the restaurant very clean and all the staff was super friendly! Will definitely be returning to this location. If you're thinking about breakfast you think this Jimmy's egg and hopefully you are fortunate enough to get Jana as your server. 100/10 will always recommend! Jana don't you ever stop being amazing! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Food was cold. Waitress very little involved. Out of tea.

Breakfast lunch diner so atmosphere was simple but nice. Clean in dining areas and tables were bussed quickly. Omelet and hashbrowns hit the spot that day! And server was very friendly. She brought food out piping hot.I've never tried anything from the lunch menu. Breakfast foods are a favorite of mine!
