Papa Bears - Muskegon

Absolutely, this place is a must-visit! I can’t wait until Covid is behind us so I can come back. We ordered the Grizzly, which is a heavenly dish of hash browns topped with cheese, sausage, ham, mild green peppers, and sour cream. For just $20, it was enough to feed five people, and we still had about a quarter left over! It was so large that they had to separate it into two takeout containers. The potatoes were perfectly cooked, and there was just a hint of paprika to avoid overpowering the flavors. The amount of sour cream was impressive—not excessive, but definitely generous. We also tried the biscuits and gravy, which were fantastic! The biscuits were incredibly fluffy and hearty. Honestly, it was difficult to choose what to eat—they have so many delicious options!

We've been coming here for five years, and every visit just gets better. The owner made us feel like family during our first visit. I couldn't ask for a better spot for breakfast!

Really good food customer service was amazing. The best family-owned restaurant in Muskegon is to try it there, cookies and Gravy are best in town the filled mini filled hash brown could feed 2 people. There are portions of food are big so dont about order.

My son and I consistently have a fantastic experience at Papa Bears. Even when we only order takeout, the staff is always friendly and the food is incredible! It's definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Muskegon.
