Arby's - Muskegon

Promised a 2 min wait and ahead of the line on a simple fried item. Left waiting for 15 min as others were served long before they got to me. Will not return to this location. Food was subpar and my bites were stale and hot! They need to learn QTI.

They treat door dash drivers like garbage. I just watched my customers food sit on the counter for 10 minutes before they gave it to me. This is not the first time this has happened. I took a video this time and last time it happened. When I asked the crew member why it sat so long she said i don't give a sit about door dash drivers which translates to I don't care if door dash customers get cold food. I made sure to tell your customer what she said and showed her the video. For the record I am polite when I come in to pick up orders. Ask Apple Ave staff. They are amazing to me everytime. Thus location needs to realize that door dash delivery drivers are customers too.

Staff needs to be trained on how to properly make a wrap. Items were just tossed in the tortilla and it was rolled up, neither end was closed. All the chicken came out of and broke the tortilla apart. Ended up eating everything with a fork.

Very unimpressed with the service I just received. I had to keep repeating myself, the lady on the speaker and at the window was super rude. Had to wait 10 minutes for my food and still had to run back inside because they forgot the drink. The drink was spilled all over the top and cup. Will not be going back.
