Przekaż informację zwrotnąI usually don’t write these things and I waited a couple days to calm my nerves and decide if maybe I overreacted. But after thinking about it I’ve decided to post that this place is so rude!! Wednesday I had to sit and listen to the manager yell at the other employees for the entire time I was eating my lunch. For 20 minutes this lady yelled at her employees and demeaned them for not wearing a mask but yet she paraded around there without a mask the entire time. Those poor sweet girls looked like they were about ready to walk out of there. I feel so sorry for anyone having to be managed by a loud mouthed B-word like her. I’ll take my business to the Sheffield location by the bridge and I hope the employees do too. They are just lovely people at that location.
What a horrible place to eat!!! If it wasn’t bad enough that there was a literal fly in my food but when I asked for my money back the general manager who is a really HEAVY set girl with blonde hair was extremely rude!! She had the nerve to tell me “if I didn’t like it then I could take my business elsewhere and she didn’t have time for this.” That’s the last time I eat at that subway. #zerostars
Great people, very friendly and professional. Subway food is pretty much consistent
The staff always greets me with a smile when I walk in. However, the last time I was there, my drink had black spots in it, so I asked for a new cup but found more black spots in that one too. It seemed like the drink was contaminated. The person preparing my food accidentally touched it to her shoulder, without wearing gloves or washing her hands.
The female employees who worked on the evening of January 9th, 2021 were extremely hardworking. They kept the restaurant spotlessly clean, provided prompt service (even with a line of four customers), and were very friendly and professional. A big thank you to the ladies and Subway for their outstanding service.
