Kfc - Muscle Shoals

Best KFC I ever ate. Absolutely fresh and delicious. Got my large order 100% right. Best experience, wish I could take this location back home with me

KFC has gine way down hill in the recent years the service especially the one in muscle shoals they're rude and it takes forever to get my food employees just stand around and look at you and look at their phones and talk to each other while one person does everything else. And then they give you your food and act like you bother them by being there and making them have to do the job that they are there to do.

The good is good but the person who is usually at the window is very rude.

It took thirty-five minutes for a single meal, which is unacceptable.

I have never been disappointed by KFC. It is probably one of my top 10 favorite fast food chains.
