Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Muscle Shoals

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant tonight. The service was extremely fast and the food was fresh. Naomi, our server, was very friendly and professional.

I visited the drive-thru late last night and had a great experience. The speaker was loud and clear, and when I got to the window, the two workers seemed genuinely happy to serve me my ice cream.

The food at this restaurant is average, I have never had any issues with the quality. The taste is similar to other Dairy Queens. However, the problem lies with the service, particularly with the short-haired shift leader/manager who is usually present during the day. She is rude and unprofessional.

Usually I like stay there little bit and lunch before go to work three times a week . But the old lady manager told me that I can not stay inside and make me to leave.she walks close me and told me to leave , and she smells so bad . Me and my families will never come back there . Not respectful place and not welcome people stay dinner in .

Ate here on Saturday during lunch. Absolutely no one else was there except 1 person (that should have been the first clue). Was overcharged for food, but was with family from out of state and didn't realize it until later. My chicken sandwich was gross I didn't even finish it. I got food poisoning.
