Applebee's - Muscatine

I don't particularly enjoy dining in this restaurant. The last waitress we had was unresponsive and didn't take away any of our dirty plates. It felt like she was intentionally ignoring our requests for service. However, I want to thank Brandon for finally clearing our stack of dishes. He was a very nice bartender.

It was a typical Applebee's experience. Our waitress was fantastic, but the only downside was the person working under several tables, installing screws with a cordless impact drill during the lunch rush. We had to repeat our order multiple times because of the noise, which seemed like something that could have been scheduled for a different time.

The server who attended to us was fantastic! She was incredibly polite and did an excellent job. The food was also delicious!

Been waiting on my food over 2 hrs. Called someone said it was for a walk in and I said no it’s for delivery. Doordash does the delivery we don’t have anything to do with it. We’re just the middle man. I don’t care… don’t have delivery if Ur gonna be the middle man! Enough said!

Third time I've eaten here. Different time, same results. Spent over $50 and feel like I was stolen from. -Waitress was horrible. Kept forgetting parts of our order. Brought one of the appetizers out at the same time as the meal. Took four trips just for one side of beer cheese. Took 20 minutes to get my Oreo shake (and that was melted). -The table behind me had screaming children, and irresponsible parents just allowing it to happen. -This was my final attempt. Won't be back. Won't order their food. Don't want anything to do with Applebee's. Very very disappointed.
