Dukes Crowne Plaza Muscat

The room was well equipped with table and screen, but the seats could have been improved to ensure a good screen clarity for everyone. Management would have been better in the management of waiters and guarantee a proper fast service, but everyone was lost. There was no real team leadership. Also the numbers on the table could not be written smaller so that the waiters lost the commands. Next time you simply take a masking tape or sticker and write the numbers big and clear. Also, please tell people not to hold and block the screens.

The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The ambience of the restaurant is very beautiful. I recommend the mixed seafood plate. If we ever return to Muscat, I'll eat at Dukes.

Good ambience, we have the table at sea, as desired you once called me to confirm the table happiness with the quality of food, love shrimp appetizer and naked burgers, but Lachs Steak is a little salty, but acceptable good service, nothing to complain
