This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. I have no words to express my feelings about this Restaurant.Sayam and his Crew know how to create that wow environment, we did not feel that the restaurant has a new chef, the food is amazing as before. I might say Charm thai provides the best service in the city and it is definitely a Thailand experience in Oman. It is a little unfortunate to see very few customers thr but then it might be because of the current situation. And of course, someone from food and beverage management forgets the name but come and check on you and says hello to all customers is the icing on the cake

Nice experience for best Thai restaurant in Muscat that I can say the ambiance decorated it’s amazing. The staff are nice and friendly. If there is a chance to return for sure i will come back another time. Thank you for the care of me.Thank you K. Tanakit so much Welcome drink is Wow

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Good selection of food but dessert selection can be better. Very nice ambience with outdoor seating.

We had a reservation but was told upon arrival that the wok was closed and there were no curries left. Why did they accept our reservation then and what are we supposed to do in a Thai restaurant without the wok or curries. It was my birthday too and I was very disappointed. There were also very loud kids nearby as they had a foosball table right by the restaurant!

We left after being seated for mins and no one attended to us or even come to take our order. The restaurant was clearly busy and with less service staff.
