Its was our first visit to murugan idli in chennai, Excellent preparation especially ghee onion uttapam, podi idlli, Paneer masala dosa with four types of chatni it was served on banana leaf and my all time favourite chennai Coffee. I loved it.
My nephew suggested that I should try Murugan Idli shop when I am in India. I went to the one in T Nagar. No regrets. Service was quick and efficient. The idli was soft and the chutneys to go with it was good too.
Love their ghee podi idly..!! Everytime I go I make sure I eat this...and also their sweet pongal...
Our usual go to place for Veg food. Their chutneys need no introduction. As usual didn't disappoint. But this particular outlet faces severe shortage of waiters.<br/ <br/ Service 3/5<br/ Quality 4/5<br/ Taste 4/5<br/ Ambience 3/5<br/ Cost 3.5/5<br/ <br/ One of the very few good veg restaurants in Chennai!
