Love Dunkin but not loving the cashier who corrected my daughter about how she ordered her drink.. seriously?? Say decaf first when ordering so they can get to the correct screen

Spent over $50 for my order. I always order less ice in my drinks so they aren’t watered down and this place decided less ice means less drink.

Two employees walked right past us and didn't even acknowledge that we were standing

I placed a mobile order, but it would not let me order a cup of water. When I went to ask for one when I picked up my order, the woman at the register told me I had to pay for it. I told her I have never been asked to pay for a cup of water at Dunkin’ Donuts before, let alone after I’ve already made a purchase. I didn’t even have my wallet with me, so I had to decline. She started to raise her voice at me, and was extremely rude and condescending. When I was walking out, she and another employee were talking about me and laughing at me. I think it’s very sad that you charge customers for a cup of water, but also that you allow your employees to talk to customers in such a poor manner. I went down the road to Starbucks, without placing an order, and they gave me a large cup of water, no charge, and were extremely friendly. I will be taking my business there from now on.
