The service at this restaurant was exceptional, with 20 stars. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the pink dish that our daughter, who is a vegetarian, ordered. The presentation of the dishes was impressive, even Warhol would have approved. The shakes were so good that we finished them before even leaving the restaurant - we couldn't believe how that strawberry managed to make it through the straw! The staff were all friendly, on time, and kind. Primo went out of his way to assist us as we passed by. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable about all the menu items. Our 14-year-old daughter was treated with special care for her birthday lunch. If only we lived closer, we would visit this restaurant more often.

I have sampled all the burger options and each one is delicious. Even the vegetarian choices are flavorful! The milkshakes are amazing. The service is consistently outstanding, the food is very fresh, the restaurant is always clean, and there is plenty of seating. A must-visit for burger and shake lovers.

I have visited this restaurant several times and this one is definitely my favorite. It is convenient to get to, with friendly staff and plenty of parking. The service is always friendly and quick, ensuring you always have a drink in hand. The food is fantastic - I have never had a bad meal at Burgatory. Trying bison for the first time opened my eyes to how perfect of a meat it is. The shakes are also excellent. I would give it 5 out of 5 stars and will definitely be visiting every chance I get.

This is one of #1 son's favorite burger joints in Pittsburgh, so on my last visit we made this a night out destination for dinner with the whole family. I have to agree with Matt, it's a legit place to get a seriously good burger! Their burgers comestandard with the in-house freshly prepared chips that are quite good too. This is a local Pittsburgh chain with the followinglocations: FOX CHAPEL WATERWORKS, NORTH FAYETTE THE POINTE, HOMESTEAD WATERFRONT, MURRYSVILLE BLUE SPRUCE, NORTH SHORE,,MCCANDLESS CROSSING, CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PPG PAINTS ARENA, and HEINZ FIELD. The big thing that I was looking forward to wasthe build your own burger experience, but I wasn't prepared how expansive the options were, holy cow. If you're a home chef,like me, then you will be very happy with the great choices and you can make this burger exactly to your taste. These are frozenpatties and certainly don't have pink friggin' slime, ala McNasty's, no indeed. These are all natural, and hormone free,AngusBeef burgers that's ground hand formed daily using their private label blend of sirloin, chuck, brisket short rib.
