I attempted to order two juices, but the cashier informed me that they stopped taking orders after 7:00 PM to clean the machines, even though it was only 7:10. The juices I received were watered down with very little flavor. Additionally, the fruits and vegetables in the bins looked brown and unappealing. I can only give one star for the poor service and subpar juice. This establishment deserves a more fitting name: "Suck It Down!"
The restaurant should reconsider taking phone orders. Instead of having people wait for 20 minutes for their meals, it would be better to focus on improving their service. We are in 2022; it's time to enhance the experience for customers.
Has the strawberry wave recipe changed? The yogurt is too hard, and the flavor is lacking, with very little strawberry taste. It used to be one of my favorites.
Wow. It used to be my place in so many areas, but a new incident very concerned me. First, I would like to be in agreement with the bad reviews for the costume service. It's liked, and I guess his somewhat understandable given the circumstances, but the problem I'm really busy with is with the auto refill. Typically, I'll order in the store. I tend to change my mind as soon as I actually get there, but one day I was in a hurry and ordered ahead. After I had already given up my order, I was somehow forced to pay an amount of 25 dollars to add to her account that just withdraws from this for future orders. Not terrible bad, but I feel that it was a little tricky. I'm going there a lot, so it wasn't a big deal. But I guess I missed the fine pressure because after the descent to 5 dollars, IT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED ME 25 AGAIN! It wasn't even completely impoverished and I was totally unconscious that it was in the auto-refill!!! Wow. After the bad costumer service at recent visits, I think I will take my business elsewhere. Such a shame, I spent hundreds of dollars here in less than a year. But I don't like anyone messing with my money, not one, but two very fraudulent transactions. The first was disturbing, but the second was unacceptable. And I don't care if the owners are trying to explain it in the beautiful pressure. You can read in my beautiful print that I don't like nobody to **** with money. What a terrible technique. Or, I should say a GREAT technique so I can take my business somewhere else. When I look through the photos, I'm like the only customer who postes photos. I have several in their food. I had several owners USE MY INSTAGRAM PHOTO for advertising. And that's not even my main place. Mine's in the Seewald. If ever, they should be a BONUS to me... not try to cheat me to force me to spend money in their store. If they didn't, I'd probably drop a few hundred at their locations, but not now. No. I don't like anyone playing with fine print and my bank account.
Not very good customer service. They were a little busy i get it but when new customers walked in no one greeted or said hey ill be right with you in a few moments..just nothing and i probaly was at the counter for about 10 minutes while they just kept ignoring ppl standing there so i left and went to the store to get my own ingredients to make a juice ? problem solved?
