Dunkin' - Murrieta

I just went through the drive here to get a 9pm latte and had a really emotionally rough night (family problems). the type on the intercom could say that I was down, and I guess, and came out by asking if I did okay and offered to do what he could to make my night better. I'm not the type to make my problems someone else so I did my best to the front and say I'm okay/fine. When I came into the window to get my drink, he gave my latte as well as a bag with a sprinkle donut in to cheat me. it was honest, such a sweet gesture and the random quality that was shown to me was so unexpected, but it really raised my ghosts. I am so grateful not only for the free donut, but especially for the nice guy who comes out. I didn't get the names of the guy, but the reception says cameron. So, if you were cameron, your quality really made a difference in the life of a human and although it was a little moment, it has more than you know.

The cashier was very knowledgeable about the products/food items the shop offers and she's super friendly. Donuts we ordered were delicious.

Love the freshness of everything here. Stagg is friendly... it can take a crazy amount of time to get food here in the morning though... average 30 mins to place the order.... another 20 to 30 to get it. I appreciate that the staff is still kind through the crazy though.

Staff did not give us a little time to pick, he acted like he was in a hurry though there was like 3 people behind me, they were not waiting for such a long time though, I just feel like it's kinda rude to act like that since it was not really packed inside the store compare to drive thru. Btw, he also forgot to gave my other 2 orders... see he made a mistake when he supposed to focus on customers order instead hurrying up....

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts location every single day for about 3-4 years now. My favorite part of the day is coming here and getting my boyfriend’s coffee and other various drinks for myself. It really makes me sad that recently the quality has gone down. I understand there has been an almost complete replacement of staff in the past couple months, but I feel as though I’m wasting my money everyday having to throw out my drink because it tastes bad.Refreshers lacking flavor to the point it tastes like water, matcha latte’s tasting like pure milk with no hint of matcha, mochas that have way too much chocolate syrup in it or none at all, adding creamer or other flavors to drinks that I didn’t ask for. I’ve even had two instances with donuts having mold on them.I still continue to come here hoping that my order is palatable every time, only to be disappointed. I know you guys can do better and I’m hoping it does get better.
