Barking Dawgs Tavern - MURRELLS INLET

A friend suggested this dog-friendly restaurant and bar to me, and I had a fantastic experience exploring the entirely fenced property, allowing my pup to roam freely without the risk of wandering off. The staff—Jessica, Theresa, and Preston—were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent too! I will certainly be coming back with my dog next time.

I stumbled upon this restaurant for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed! The food was amazing. Ms. Vickie, who served us and also manages the property, was outstanding. I even had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Harris, the owner. The surroundings are beautiful, ideal for dog events or simply unwinding. The place was exceptionally clean. I'll be sure to return whenever I'm in the area. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

If you enjoy welcoming and genuine people who genuinely care, along with a quirky atmosphere, this spot is perfect for you. The bar food is better than average, and the setting is quite distinctive, complete with a fantastic seating area featuring fire barrels. The prices are fair, and the beer is perfectly chilled!

I did not get a chance to eat here. But if it was open- I would have. If you just love your dogs and want to enjoy a great place- this is it!

Six of us had dinner there tonight (5/11). The food was fabulous and great service by Dave. Padlo Gary makes everything fresh. We all ordered different entrees and Padlo served everything perfectly seasoned and prepared.Highly recommend this restaurant. It's so different than the other restaurants in Murrells Inlet. You feel like your at your Grandmother's house for Sunday dinner.
