Mcdonalds - Murray Bridge

Had to order extra because the assistent did not order us properly. eating was okay. coffee wasn't as nice as it was before. slightly bitter taste. I understand that her coffee brand has changed.

I think they don't do quality control check here. Most of the time the orders are either incorrect or incomplete. Most recent disappointment was when I specifically upgraded my small frozen drink (paying few extra bucks) to a large one. We picked it through drive through. When I opened cup it's like I paid extra for nothing. The large cup was barely half full. Please sea picture below.

Edit; unfortunately my previous review is no longer true. This place is extremely unhygienic. No masks, hairnets, wearing nail polish, hair not up clearly not contained (hair in food). These employees and managers need to wake up and retake hospitality courses. Constantly rubbish everywhere. I love coming here roughly once a week. The fries are always something you have to wait on. Sometimes food itself can take a while due to other orders but it's to be expected. The food is nice, facilities are fine. Sometimes the order machines break and the staff doesn't get your order right but besides that it's not a bad environment, tho it would be nice if rubbish was taken off the tables more. Also, the bathroom is always clean and smells lovely.

Over charged me then took ages to refund me. Then I ended up with a diet coke instead of coke Got the feeling it was very disorganised today. Burger and chips nice though

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience was disgusting. Staff were touching the bins and then putting their hands on the drinks and food. Our order came out wrong, even after we had specified multiple times. The entire meal was cold. The chips were half empty and brown. The burgers had been thrown in the box carelessly. Just an all round really disappointing experience. Pays to support local I guess. Lesson learnt.
