Not the best service I've ever had, that's for sure. First I had to order through the automated service and was told I couldn't order that much for pickup and pay with cash, had to be on a credit card. So it transferred me to Murray's Domino's where I hadto reorder. The women taking the order had to go over the order several times just to get it right. She was not listening to me.At this point I was getting irritated. I had to pay with my credit card, which I was not really wanting to do, but ok. Glad Icould pay that way. Next time, if I only have cash, I will be going to some other restaurant instead. Very frustrating to haveto order through automation in the first place, but then to have to repeat the order five different times to a human just to getit right is just extremely poor customer service.
40+ min wait time for an online order. New manager said he would credit sauces on next meal for inconvenience. I don?t know which was the biggest insult, the insult to my intelligence, order time, or the terrible offer to make things right. Terribleexcuses. Glad Pizza Hut is in town. Even Mister B?s does a better job and that?s saying something!
Guess paying your employees is still an issue I hear. I guess another visit from the department of labor over unpaid hours shouldn't surprise anyone at this place. Sam better get those back logged hours paid out. They be coming. Hope your people aregetting the federally required breaks as well... good luck with the next round of fines.
Fiance and I ordered tonight, when she called due to online order issue, phone rep was overly hurried and talking over her, missed the two liter, was somewhat rude upon callback, and the middle of the pan looked horrid. Not sure if the dough was bad,or what.
