As someone who also works in fast food, there is no way they should be messing up my order every time. I keep getting 4 pieces instead of 6, always get apple slices instead of the extra fries I asked for, and this time the person at the window couldn’t just read the screen. Forgot both of my drinks, asked if we had a sweet tea 3 times (we didn’t) and then forgot to give us our food.
It took them 15 mins to take my order as 7 different employees walked past me and looked me dead in my face. Had to ask the custodian to grab someone for me, got attitude from the employee, then they took another 20 mins to make my small caramel frappe and give it to. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life.
This McDonald's has always been slow, I was really hoping their new location would improve this.....nope.We went through the drive thru, besides having to repeat each order twice (3 sperate meals) they still managed to get it wrong. Plus we were parked having to wait on drinks... which they got wrong as well. 16 minutes waiting for a large coffee that didn't have the cream sugar, 2 separate trips to get 1 large coke but hey, at least they got the iced Carmel Macchiato right.
The management team here is great the crew could use some coaching in the polite department and paying attention to detail a little better but it's a new store. It's a work in progress as usual.
