Jason's Deli - Murphy

I always like to go to Jason's Deli. The elections are really plentiful and they are wonderful. The salad bar is a meal in itself. Staff are always busy and available to help you. The drive thru is a leak. One afternoon they asked me to pray for their Pakistani tree what I did. But when I was there this week, it looked pretty bad. I'm sorry.

Today, I had dinner with my kids, and I typically go to Richardson. We've been frequenting the place for about three years, but I noticed that the rules have changed. I ordered the salad bar, and usually, we go back for seconds, but this time, my plate was taken away mid-meal. I was a bit confused, but Maria, the manager, was incredibly nice and very professional. She took the time to explain the new rules to me and why they were implemented. I really appreciated her help, and she even gave me a new plate. Overall, we had a great lunch! Thank you so much, Maria!

Sophia on the window was great. We are a big family and we went through the drive thru and everything was great. We missed our au ju sauce for the big eater, but the customer service was great and we will be back. Thank you for making us our dinner!

Jason's Deli used to be famous for its salad bar, but that seems to be a thing of the past. My fiancée and I have been loyal customers for years, but now they've implemented a one-price salad bar instead of the previous unlimited option, and it costs more. When we went to our local location for dinner tonight, we didn't realize it was now just a single trip. When my fiancée asked for another plate, the staff curtly informed her that it was a "one trip only" policy. This is information we would have appreciated knowing when we placed our order, and there was no clear indication that the unlimited salad bar was no longer available. We feel let down, and after this disappointing customer service experience, we’re going to have to start looking for another deli to frequent.

Asked for gluten free grilled cheese with house chips. Cashier Asked if chips were instead of soup. We said yes, no soup. Order came out with soup no chips. Wondering now if we were charged correctly .
