Normally this does not happen... I don apos;t know if they were overwhelmed rushing or just didn apos;t care. The food is highly priced and the quality should match your price. You would not eat this and it should have never been sent out. My coworkers and I are VERY unsatisfied. I would love to give a great review because my order last night was perfect. I came to work bragging to my friends about how good it was and now everyone is upset with me. Lol no but for real… Today the food, it was horrid! Food was all over cooked and thrown together. I just ordered last night and received 5-6 potato skins. Some of my orders only had 4 potato skins unlike last night… and they were small and hard, looked like they were leftovers. All of The chicken was hard dry. I was missing the 5 piece Asian instead it came as a 5 piece lemon pepper. I also order 2/ 10 piece lemon pepper and only received one order. This was a large order from my job and it was all messed up. Very inconsistent and unprofessional. When I tried to do a refund you are only offering 2.10 on an 8.00 order of wings. This is highly unacceptable. The only thing halfway decent was the salad.

If icould rate 0 oh i would!! I dont even leave reviews but here ya go! Im convinced this restaurant just loves making wack food and losing money on this app. The food is terrible and thats an understatement. If you are incapable of preparing a satisfying meal in a bar/ grille then just say that and DONT COOK just be a bar! Because the grille side of things is slacking tremendously. Ive ordered from them in the past and they were not bad at all and then the prices went up and the quality of the food has gone down completely! Today I ordered the loaded cheese fries like I have in the past. This time took me out lets first start with the styrofoam container was so light I had to shake it to make sure something was in there once I started to open the container I jumped so quick because i noticed a MAGGOT on the container an im not exaggerating I will post pics if it allows me to. The fries looked like they had been sitting overnight and they warmed them in the microwave this was so crazy I have never experienced anything like this AT ALL! Save your money and choose another restarting!

My pickles was not done at all! whoever cooked them should be ashamed. chicken was alright even though I paid for flats I still got drums
