Texas Roadhouse - Murfreesboro

Went for my little brothers birthday and had a great experience! Our server was very friendly and good, although it was crowded and there was a 15 minute wait, they were efficient. All 4 of us had the NY strip and we were all very happy with the size, the way it was cooked and the flavor. They even put our ice cream cake in the freezer for us while we ate! Definitely reccomend, but next time we will go before 6pm because their specials are great before then.

Our server was very pleasant and attentive. Food was as expected. Obviously great steak selection.

Surprised by the quality of service and food. Portions were still large and the prices were still acceptable. In this time of inflation and post pandemic America, service quality and prices have not stayed parallel. Prices have gone up and service quality has gone down. But not here. They are staying competitive and offering decent value. Service was excellent.

It was the worst experience i have ever had at texas roadhouse. I ordered a steak that comes with bread and shrimp (I don't know what it's called) and I ordered it medium well with a side of Caesar salad. They brought me only my plate without the salad and without a knife. I asked for my salad and a knife to be brought to me and the wait was so long that I ate my meat with my hand. When I started to eat I saw that my steak was dry and very overcooked, so I asked for another one medium well as I wanted, they took my steak and my salad still had not arrived. After about 15 minutes my salad arrived but not the steak. After a while my steak arrived raw. It had been so long that I had no food left, so I ate my raw steak on its own, without salad or any other accompaniment.

The rattlesnake bites were good and the chicken on the salad had good flavor but everything lacked in the presentation category. And for a salad, appetizer and drink $30 was a bit high. Our server seemed scared and timid with no personality. I probably won’t be going back. No notable experience to expand on.
