Slick Pig Bbq - Murfreesboro

I've always enjoyed the smoked wings and BBQ sandwiches served by a staff that makes you feel like family. The homemade, made from scratch, banana pudding is also some of the best you'll ever eat!

Bbq was good, my order was ready fast. Seemed crowded but maybe that’s a sign of what a consistently good place this was to eat at. Pulled chicken seemed dry but the pork was good.

I got the brisket plate. It was tough. No flavor. I expected a Smokey taste since it should have been smoked. Mac and cheese was too creamy for me. Felt like it was from a box instead of homemade. I love the atmosphere. It was fun. Banana pudding was ok. You could tell it was made the day before as the nilla wafers were soggy. Hubby loved his ribs but didn’t care for the brisket or pulled pork and he really enjoyed the potato salad. Parking: I’m not sure if where we parked was for the liquor store or the slick pig. The parking lots run together.

Tender, fall off the bone ribs. Tasty generous sides.

I have been a long time customer at this establishment. I ordered pickup today and was very disappointed. The potato salad was in a exceptionally small container and had the equivalent of 3 bites in it. The ranch cups for the wings was only 1/3 filled, not even enough for 2 wings and the cornbread was very cold.
