Penn Station East Coast Subs

Penn Station is normally my favorite restaurant but after my experience today, I will not be returning. My order was wrong took a very long time. After everyone else had gotten their orders, we waited inside alone, still without food for another 10 minutes as the employees stared at us waiting. My “medium” fry was a small at best my sandwich was wrong. Disappointing as a loyal customer to decide to stop eating here after multiple bad experiences.

For that being my first experience at Penn Station… I will NEVER go back and may not go to another one period!!! Walked in at 7:15pm, didn't get my food for 35 minutes.The ONLY one really working was the girl with the long braided hair. The one guy was pretty rude and gave nasty looks Was barely any meat/toppings on our subs, cold fries. Please tell me not every Penn Station is like this, but I doubt I'll give it another chance from that time.You had 3 employees there… but only 1 actually … – show

We normally love PS but both of us got sick after eating here. Not quite sure what was wrong.

Great customer service, and the food was delicious!! The man working today, i believe he saud his name was quincy, was the nicest person ever! Even gave my son a treat, definitely recommend this place, we will be back!

Their artichoke heart sub is the best vegetarian sandwich in Murfreesboro.
