Completely messed up our order had to take it back up there to get are order fixed then the 2nd time around the pizza was sloppy and undercooked. Staff acted like they didn't know how to make certain pizzas.
New restaurant. Crew is lost. No manager to be found. Waited 10 min for them to take order. Gave up and took money elsewhere.
3 stars cause that they are new, I gather in the rule my pizzas because it is cheaper, but due to my pregnancy I cannot move around the way I want (partner works for the evening meal time). because it is only 5 minutes away from us. our last order lasted an hour to come to us. I get it, it's a new location new employees and training, but the amount by third is a bit much. I made a call in order and was led to a call center that was strange. if they are looking for a job and a car pls give them a call. I called the manager to see the eta on my order, and the poor ding sounded stressed. he said he had no driver. So I see how to put DoorDash driver on the head, I know they're just picking up big sharp orders. our pizza was cold and dry. I'm just going back to think.
I have always been a fan of Papa John's, but my recent experience with the new location on Lascassas Pike was disappointing. I ordered through their app and the pizza I received was overdone with burnt spots on the crust, making it dried out and tough. The Philly cheese steak papadia I ordered was also overdone and lacked sufficient fillings, with only a small amount of beef and minimal toppings. The flat bread was tough and overcooked as well. It was not up to the usual standard I expect from Papa John's.
