Panera Bread - Murfreesboro

They swapped out the wrong sandwich at the last minute and included tomatoes on everything. The lemonade was disappointing as well.

I was very disappointed after ordering food from the drive-thru. I got the Baja bowl, and the chicken was tough and inedible. The avocado was brown, and the supposedly "warm" bowl was actually cold. On my first few bites, I even encountered a chicken bone. It was truly disgusting and a waste of money.

One of our bowls was dirty, and we only discovered this when my daughter reached the bottom. Despite being the only customers in the restaurant, the service was slow. They were out of one of the main ingredients we wanted. The bread was so hard that I felt like a wild animal tearing into a carcass. For my daughter and me to eat from a dirty bowl, stale bread, and just have water to drink cost us $30. What is going on in this country? We’re supposed to be the best! On a positive note, the chicken Caesar salad did taste good.

Out of hot coffee most of the time. I think they have trouble getting help.

As of recent of going multiple tries of this location we have noticed that everytime we order and get bagels it is never proofed. They are flat and disappointing. Being the only brand that carrys bagels nowadays especially in Tennessee we will never return to this location. Hopefully someday someone will open a better bakery and bagel shop.
