Mi Patria Mexican - Murfreesboro

Eating a meal at this restaurant feels like you are dining in the private home of a friend in Mexico. It is comfortable and welcoming, with fantastic food and service in a fun and lively atmosphere. We enjoyed mango margaritas with a small bottle of Corona inside, which was a delicious and refreshing combination. The dishes, such as the dynamite and shrimp-chicken-steak trio, were excellent and we highly recommend trying the molcajetes. While it may be a bit pricier, the portion sizes are generous and include unique ingredients like cactus. We were able to take a lot of leftovers home, making it a great value. This restaurant is a rare find outside of Mexico and we will definitely be returning. It is perfect for those missing authentic Mexican cuisine in Nashville. The short drive is well worth the effort.

I dined at the restaurant and received amazing service! The two men who served our table and took us to the cash register were very pleasant and attentive. They offered us a to-go box and bag without us having to ask. They immediately refilled our drinks when they were low, and my meal was served hot, tasted delicious, and was beautifully presented. I had the Mexican style tacos (3;) with steak and corn tortillas. I would recommend this place to anyone I know. I have only been here twice, but both experiences were positive for me and my sister. The restaurant floors and tables were very clean and well-maintained. I give it 5 stars!

I can't believe I've never been here before! This place is fantastic! They have an incredible variety of menu options and reasonable prices, and the food is incredibly fresh and delicious. We have definitely found our new favorite spot. Highly recommended!

Worst service experience in a long time. First, there is no where to wait for a table. They don't take your name, but give you a number. The waiter literally walked away while I was trying to give my order. I had the fajitas with cheese on top. The onions were huge and raw. The cheese was stringy. It's sad that the chips and salsa were the best part of the meal. I have no idea how this place has good reviews.
