Mcdonald's - Murfreesboro

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Asked for bbq sauce and by the time I got it my food was cold. Waited almost 15 minutes for sauce with no one in line but me.

This location doesn't seem to have set hours as far as being open early in the morning. I've gone between 4 and 7 am and been told they are closed. Kind of odd since it's next to a major highway. You'd expect they'd be open earlier. They're supposed to be 24 hours.

I stopped to order a frappe and use the restroom and went to the restroom first. The door was locked. You have to announce to the entire restaurant that you need to pee in order to get into the bathroom. Once in the bathroom there was no toilet paper in the stall I went to. Been trying to leave the bathroom. You have to push a button to get out. Hopefully everyone washes their hands that pushes this button because otherwise it's pretty gross. I proceeded to place my order for a small frappe with no whipped cream, and was given one in a child size cup with a flat lid. It doesn't even measure what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend this McDonald's.

I ordered on the app with curbside. I sat in my car for over 15 minutes before going inside to see what the problem was. And the manager was working which is rare. But they still haven’t even started on my order. It was a red on the screen. Then I still waited for another 10 minutes inside. Then they still didn’t even get my order correct. So I had to go back inside to get that fixed. All I wanted was a apology or a coupon for next time or something. But I didn’t get anything. I won’t be back to this location.

We had Simon Pineda give us our food and he was an amazing manager, person, and employee. He was well mannered and had well above normal communication with others. We appreciate his efforts and the pursuit of happiness his aura gives off. This makes me want to come back again!!
