Krispy Kreme - Murfreesboro

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. I went to 5 different locations with the hot donut sign, only to find out that there were no hot donuts available. When I asked when they would be making some, they had no idea. The management seemed indifferent to the issue. I spoke to several other customers who all agreed that everything here was terrible - from the landscaping to the dirty parking lot, and the bad attitudes of the young workers. I remember a time when Krispy Kreme was known for their delicious donuts, but it seems like those days are long gone. The atmosphere at this location, ironically named "The Art of Donuts," was very disappointing. My fond memories of Krispy Kreme have now been tarnished by this experience. It's a shame.

After attending a game, we stopped by this restaurant for a meal. Despite being close to closing time, the staff were still friendly and welcoming to my family. The latte was particularly well-made. Great job!

I cannot praise the donuts at this restaurant enough - they left me smiling from ear to ear. The team exceeded my expectations and were a pleasure to work with. I wish I could capture their perfection in a photo. Many thanks to Krispy Kreme in Murfreesboro for going above and beyond. The donuts not only looked great but were also incredibly delicious!

I gave up a 9-clock order to pick up 2 clock. I come to the load to realize that they did not reserve my order and sold out the doughnuts I had bought. now I sit here without donuts and wait for a $40 refund in 2-3 days. so disappointed. no call or text to tell me that they could not fulfill the order either. they had a lot of time.

Old doughnuts and always labeled incorrectly to fill up the cabinet. Never have anything on the menu and when you receive the wrong doughnuts they are just filling them with doughnuts they have to many of instead of the correct ones you ordered! This has has multiple times over the last year. Don’t even bother ordering online because they will be filled with whatever they got not what you ordered a day before
