Fresko Grilled Sandwich - Murfreesboro

I will definitely return to this grilled sandwich shop operated by a Venezuelan family. What this joint lacks in the atmosphere is more than in food quality. The bacon chicken ranch grilled sandwich with Cuban bread was packed with meat and vegetables and cooked to the perfect temperature. I think I would have added more. Instead, I ate half with her red paprika sauce. The pepper taste comes through clean and clear. A really nice sauce for these sandwiches. It is creamy and slightly sweet. The white cream sauce has cilantro and is Mayo-based m, I think. Also very good, but I preferred the red paprika sauce. They offered us free arepas (a fried corbread like Patty). Although, that was my first experience eating arepas, I think they were well done. They were much like Southern White Cornbread, but more moist in texture. They were warm and soft bites, well served with the white cream sauce paired with them. They do not make their own ice cream here, but the ice cream they serve has a fluffy and creamy texture. They keep it cooled at the perfect temperature. My husband, toddler, and I shared her greatest size.

Not bad at all! The customer service is friendly, which is definitely a plus. The nachos I ordered were quite good; the combination of cheese, corn, and jalapeños was solid. My wife had a grilled cheese sandwich and enjoyed it. Overall, it's not a bad place to eat!

Nice little family business. I tried the kicker first, I thought it was expensive when I saw the size, but after seeing and tasting it is good. This sandwich was made like everything fresh, only for this sandwich, from freshly cut Turkey, juicy bacon, freshly diced avocado, fresh salad and hand made sauces, all about this sandwich was delicious! I absolutely love supporting small, local restaurants in Murfreesboro, and one of my favorites is Fresko Grilled Sandwiches Ice Cream Parlor. There’s just something special about the unique flavor combinations they put together in their delicious breads. Today, I tried the Station 9 Torta, and it was simply amazing. If you’re on the hunt for fantastic sandwich creations paired with ice cream, you definitely need to give this place a try. After hearing so many praises about the sandwiches at Fresko, I finally decided to visit, and I regret not doing it sooner! They offer about a dozen sandwich options, and since it was my first time, the server recommended "The Rick." This sandwich is a meat lover's dream, featuring a delightful mix of ham, turkey, chicken, pulled pork, and bacon. It’s topped with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, onion, and queso fresco (I opted out of adding avocado) on a fresh Mexican Telera bread grilled in a panini style. The sandwich was served warm, and I even paired it with an authentic Mexican Coca-Cola made with real cane sugar! The flavors were incredible—not overwhelmingly intense, just a perfect balance that worked well together. The service was friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home. They also offer a tempting selection of sweets and ice creams, as well as other enticing sandwich options. It’s definitely worth a visit!

Amazing fresh flavors! I had the Mom's Favorite Torta and the Elote. Very authentic and fresh. I will definitely be returning!!
