When we got there, however, we were informed that it would take an additional 30 minutes—but they assured us the chicken would be fresh. After waiting over an hour from when we initially placed the order, we discovered that our order was incorrect, the food was not hot, and the chicken certainly wasn’t fresh. If we were going to receive old food, why did it take so long? Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place; it’s sure to be a disappointment.
This is the only fried chicken restaurant that seems to always be out of fried chicken. Every time I visit, I find myself having to limit my order based on what's actually available. It's as if they don't want my business. My most recent order was completely messed up, and we didn't even receive all the chicken we requested.
On November 13, 2022, I arrived at 9:13 AM, but my dine-in order wasn't taken until 9:25 AM. Nobody came to the front, and they only seemed to be serving drive-thru customers. After finally placing our order, we discovered that our coffee was missing. It took another 15 minutes to get anyone to address the issue.
The last 2 times at this location have been dreadful. There will not be a 3rd time. Long wait times, wrong order, missing order, system down, short staffed, have to cook the chicken, have to cook the biscuits: you name it is the excuses. Like another reviewsaid, ever since Covid this location has declined at a very fast pace. I believe I will drive a little further to grab a simplechicken biscuit order. Hope they get back on track soon, if not, will be an empty building soon.
