We eat well at the Fabric Restaurant near the bridge in Muret. The setting is neat. The cocktails are original and the cuisine refined with quality products. We rediscover Jerusalem artichoke and parsnip. Well-thought-out pairings with sauces and emulsions that add pep to the dishes served. The desserts are also delicious. Absolutely divine! A treat for taste buds from beginning to end An association of imaginative and sublime flavors! An out-of-standard presentation, bravo to the chief, everything is exquisite! A perfect service with experienced servers and small care We will of course be back! I personally recommend the purée of artichokes at the entrance, jacco nuts flat and apricot clafoutis (photo with glass). I know the map changes according to the seasons so fast!

Used to make good restaurants, this one is one of the best. The service was at the top, and the flavours of the ingredients were respected from entry to dessert. I don't have anything to say about my visit, I'm probably gonna come back and let my loved ones know.
