Silantro Fil-Mex - Muntinlupa

My sister's favorite restaurant! Recommended dishes are the Beef Nachos (this is super sulit because it actually has lotta beef cubes in it), Calliente Wings (my favorite!), Dinamita, Quesadillas, Tacos, and actually most of the food in their menu hehe ???? Their servings are big and heavy considering that prices are quite cheap. I also love their mango shake because it's so creamy! Calorie overload! ????

The most affordable and generous and delicioso mexican restau ever!!! Their Beef Nachos alone had me ???? the nachos are huge and crunchy, with tasty beef chunks and toppings that are just the right amount of sweet and sour. The dips especially the Garlic Ranch - ugh, we had to get 3 refills because they're just so good. And as I've said "generous", almost all their food are good for 2-3 persons ???? (SOBRANG SULIT OH MY GAD) The waiting time is so long though. But no problem with anything else. My friends and I can wait every time in the name of good food.

We ordered three dishes and ended up having to take it home. That's how generous their servings are! I'm not sure about the other branches but this one is really busy. They have about 50-80 seats but just 45 minutes after they opened, people are already lining up outside and waiting to be seated. Puno agad! They managed to serve the food within 7-10 minutes! ???????????????????????? I checked the photos of food of other branches from some reviewers and I think this branch serves more ???? -Papi's Fritas- My friend said before ordering this that she won't share it with me ????????????. I realized why when I tasted it. Haaaaaay, this is not sponsored. It's just really YUMMMERS! Papi's Fritas looks salty because of the amount of cheese, but it's not. It's dominated by mozzarella then a bit cheddar (I think). It comes with three dips: guacamole, garlic and cream, plus one in the middle that's a bit hot (I don't know what it is. Haha!) These dips complement the fries really really well. P130.00 -Rib Fingers- People are quite afraid to order beef because if it's from mid price restaurants, more often than not, its chewy and tough. But hey, this is Silantro. They have quality for food. This is a must try at Silantro's. It was tender and has so much flavor in it. Tastes like it was grilled. I don't know what they did but what I'm sure is it's YUMMMERS! ???? Even the gravy tastes really beefy. You have to eat the mashed potato too! P280.00 -Paella Fajita Mix- It has mussels, shrimp, squid, egg, and chicken! The rice alone is so gooooood that you can eat it without any of the toppings. I WAS not really a fan of Paella. Silantro changed me ???? This dish is only P250.00 but check my review's photo of it, it has tons of seafood and other toppings.
