Quality is fresh, flavour is plenty and quantity is just right. Once inside, the cozy restaurant felt warm and welcoming. We started with the Miso Soup with chunks of salmon. Next, the pork sisig, gambas, Crispy pata, and finally, the Beef Salpicao. While Prime Cafe's version of Gambas was interesting and tasty, the Sisig just had a little too much mayonnaise for my liking. Also, the Beef Salpicao taco didn't really have a good Salpicao flavor. It tasted a bit off. I like mine bursting with flavor. Garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce should all dominate. The Crispy Pata was definitely crunchy, flavorful, and the dipping sauce that came with it was just yum! I'd order that again. All of that being said, though, I'd definitely go back to Prime Cafe. I appreciate the creativity of the menu without it feeling pretentious. If you are ever on this side of town, stop by at Prime Cafe for some delicious yet affordable grub. instagram.com

We had buffet breakfast and even though the spread is not that many it makes up for the taste and accommodating staff. food was great and tasty
We were invited here to a Foodie Meet-Up to sample their dishes. I enjoyed the dishes without the knowledge of their pricing and this review now factors the price. The Miso soup is a good way to start your meal with its light yet complex flavours. Crispy Pata (730 PHP) Wonderful crispy goodness that's something to go for when in the area. We didn't need the sauces as the crispy pata tasted good on its own, that's preferential. This the dish I consider going back to and if you're in the area this is a must try, but not something you'd go out of the way for. Their Gambas is really good, decent shrimps size that's peeled and served in a generous amount that's good for sharing. The light sauce that coats the shrimps has a mild spiciness that's not overwhelming. The chocolate cake was thick and sprinkled with chocolate shavings. It's a good dessert after a delicious meal. You can even order it whole at their pastry shop. eater.ph
I was surprised to get an invite to a foodie meet-up in the South. I am from Marikina, and I don't often go too far, but since I haven't been here, plus my foodie friends were also invited, I decided to go. We started with their version of miso soup. I am very picky when it comes to miso soup, but this one's one of the best among the very few in my foodie book. It has shrimp and salmon chunks! It's something I'd want to sip (or devour haha) when I have a cold or cough. We had four viands: gambas, sisig, crispy pata, and salpicao. I loved the first two so much because even without rice, they tasted so good, especially the gambas! The shrimps were seasoned well and had a generous amount of bell pepper slices. The sisig would have tasted better without too much mayo, but it was still quite good. The crispy pata was a bit dry, but its accompanying dipping sauce was perfect! Lastly, the salpicao tasted like adobo pretending to be salpicao. :( For dessert, we had the Belgian chocolate cake, which I finished in 5 minutes or less. Hahaha! It's not the best chocolate cake I've tasted, but it was good enough. Thank you to Zomato and Prime Cafe for this event! Overall, the food's good, but not something I'd come back for anytime soon. youtube.com
