If you're looking for a traditional Filipino breakfast, Mary Grace is the perfect place to go! The food, service, and value are all top-notch.
This restaurant is a wonderful place to eat and relax while enjoying a variety of food options. I stumbled upon this spot while exploring Town Center during my vacation in Manila. Despite its name reminding me of someone I'd rather forget, I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. The service was efficient, the staff knowledgeable about the menu, and the grilled cheese rolls and hot chocolate I ordered were delicious and affordable. I hope they are able to survive the pandemic so I can return to satisfy my pastry cravings in the future. I highly recommend giving them a try!
I'm grateful that I am fortunate enough to be doing full-time freelance work--which means that I also get to work wherever I want. One of my favorite places to work is Mary Grace. To those of you who don't work at home, you probably don't get the logic of why freelancers like working at places that are sooooo comfortable--I mean, for ultimate comfort, we should just stay at home, right? Nope, you see. At home, this means we have to cook our own food, make our own coffee, and sometimes you just don't have time to spend tinkering around the kitchen for anything substantial to put in your tummy. Places like Mary Grace are perfect for getting really good and comforting food and beverages, and it helps that all Mary Grace cafes are so homey and relaxing. If you're vegan though, there aren't much options aside from some salads where you can request to omit some of the non-vegan ingredients (Fried Kesong Puti with Calamansi Vinaigrette-sans kesong puti, and Prawn Salad with Mango Papay Vinaigrette-sans prawn), Vegetables on Foccacia Sandwich aaaand Fresh Tomato and Herb Pasta. Though, what I really go crazy here for is their SANGRIA ICED TEA. It's the best, and comes with all these fresh apple bits. So refreshing!!!
Definitely going to go back for more beef sirloin tapa and their houseblend ice tea peach was so refreshing, nextime hoping that the strawberry ice tea would be available.
