The restaurant has a great ambiance due to its recent renovations, and the staff was very friendly. The subs were delicious. I highly recommend everyone to give it a try!
When they’re open, their "Open" sign is rarely illuminated. I understand the challenges with staffing, but they have been employing subpar workers in terms of customer service for over a year now. I visited yesterday, and the sign was still off. The employee didn’t greet me, say thank you, or wish me a good day. It’s frustrating because I would not choose to come here if it weren’t so close. They need to establish better standards for their employees. Their staff can be the only human interaction we have in a day, and it shouldn't be such an unpleasant experience.
Fast service and nice employee. Only one person seems to be working at a time and they still do a great job. The menu changed a bit and prices went up but I think overall it's still a decent deal when you are running late to work and need lunch.
The service is quite slow here. The food quality is consistent with other locations, but I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have plenty of time to spare.
