Mcdonald's - Munroe Falls

This McDonald's is smaller than other nearby locations and does not have a designated play area for children like the one on Darrow Rd in Stow. It wasn't very busy when we visited, but we had to wait a few minutes before someone in the kitchen finally took our order. Once we placed our order, it was quickly fulfilled. The ordering area is quite small, making it hard to imagine how they handle busier times. The seating area is located on the other side of the restaurant and is easy to navigate. The modern design and comfortable seating make for a pleasant dining experience.

I said to wait for the order, there was no one else in the line, so I don't know what that was waiting for. I opened my bag on that ****! Once I stabed into the sandwich, the meat was not cook! absolutely unacceptable! not even the pommes were edible.

That is one of the worst mcdonald’s in the state ohio. today's morning crew is the most worthless morning crew in the opposite. They refuse to open their dining room because of their laziness, or they are afraid that 80-year-olds are robbing them or something.

That is probably the best McDonald’s I was. I moved to 10:59 because I am not from here and did not realize that she was closed by 11 and the girl that comes in or out/in the window was simply the sweetest person at all. she still took my order and then when I came into the window, I wanted to pay cash and the rest of the card (my total was about $5.60 something) and I gave her the $5 and said I can do the rest on the card and she said, "I'm just gonna pull out the sweet tee for her." So I ordered a free sweet tee about her too, and when she gave me my food, she said. when I looked in the bag, she had given me a big middle frit. Anyway, big customer service of at least what I have to experience. this girl deserves a raise because she was so nice.

Very rude over mic and when we pulled up to the window I only have Apple Pay so I went to hand my phone to her and one of the girls sighed, rolled her eyes and grabbed the thing and slammed the window in my face. NOT HAPPY
