Achavil del Rio - Municipio de Viedma

This according to reviews was the best restaurant in Viedma I hate to think what the worst is like. My wife's gnocchi was not cooked they ruined scallops with a runny cheese sauce and my steak was the poorest I had in a months travel...in South America.

The best cazuela that you can eat in Viedma, plus you get a very nice river view. Good staff and location.

Every time I come to Viedma I invariably have lunch at this place. The waiters are very friendly and always ready to recommend a suitable meal. The dishes are very generous and you can share many of them. Sea food is their best choice.Needless to...say, it is a pleasure to have such a wonderful view of the flowing Rio Negro and the Carmen de Patagones skyline.

It is true, there aren`t many restaurants in this beautiful city but you certainly cannot miss Achavil. The view of the river is superb, the atmosphere of the place is quiet and familiar and the service, very attentive and warm. Needless to say, this is...the place where you can enjoy the most delicious seafood which comes straight from the port of San Antonio Oeste.

Nice restaurant on the riverside! Very good food, nice staff, excellent value for money! If we come back again to Viedma, again to this restaurant as well.
