Very bad experience with food. I asked for a special one and they brought it cold... I asked for it to be heated and they brought it to me on the same board that had a horrible burning smell. My wife had a Milanese all burnt and with brown oil. I made the claim and when they charged me they did not give me a discount or an apology. Furthermore, they do not give an invoice.
