Santa Salta - Municipio de Formosa

I've been to Bluefin a number of times and the experience has been excellent every time. Service is very good. The food is exceptional... especially for this area. There are few really good restaurants in and around The Villages. So this restaurant is a welcome addition.

Enjoyed dinner there early December, good meal and nice atmosphere, however, they no longer take reservations of any kind and the wait is VERY LONG....Not sure any restaurant is worth standing around (if the bar is full) for hours....

Limited menu was a disappointment. Not enough fish dishes. Scallops good but other 2 fish dishes were not. I even had stomach ache overnight from the sauce and/or fish. Service was very poor. Waiter impatient and did not return once entree was served to ask if second round of drinks were of interest- the answer would have been yes. And he never checked water glass refills. I had to catch his eye with empty glass waving in the air. I think our table was distant from all his others. I had good swordfish dinner and great service the only other time I dined there so will give it 1 more try in future.

Enjoyed our New Years Eve dinner! They seated us right on time. Meal brought to us with hardly any wait. Food delicious. House wine was great too! I will be sure to have dinner there again very soon.

Ate here for New Years. Like their regular menu much better. Service was excellent. Kraig our server went out of his way to make everything enjoyable. Love Bluefin but stick to the regular menu
