Pham - Munich

I ordered online and was guaranteed a 45 min delviery time. After 1 hour I called the restaurant. On my initial inquiry, the phone was hung up on me. After this I was told that the driver had just left the restaurant (around 65mins after ordering). After 85 minutes I called again to ask where the driver was (the drive is approx. 5 minutes from door to door). Again, the driver had just left the restaurant. After 1.5 hours i called again to cancel my order. They said I should just cancel with the driver once he arrives so I did. Never saw a refund or head an apology. Following up i was told that the driver was there but couldn 't find me (obviously not true), then that it was all my fault. I got hung up 5 times in total by now. At the moment I have called for the 5th time and for the fifthe time the responsible person will be back in 15 minutes and call me as soon as he gets in . I really cannot recommend this place the food is okay, but this amount of effort to sort out delivery problems is unacceptable.

I ordered from Postmates and thought it was really good, thought I’d try the sushi place they had available. California roll and avocado roll were great . California roll was the best , thought the rolls were pretty large as well. Will order again

I always order my sushi or Asian in this restaurant. The prices are good and the food is very good. The service is also nice. will keep coming here.

The place is ok, but to take away the sushi is very good and good price! There is a lot of offers so wouldn't hesitate.

It was the first time we went to the restaurant directly. Usually we just ordered the food from them and let it deliver to our home. But this time we thought lets go there. The delivered food were always very good so we wanted to check the restaurant. Well it needs a little paint here and there but the dishes we ordered were exceptionally good. My wife had the summer roles and som mako rolls and I picked sashimi. Very fresh and very good quality of the sushi. Definitely a recommendation! We went to a couple of trendy sushi restaurant in Munich in the past and paid a lot of money but in many cases we did not feta comparable quality like you can get here in sushi bento. By the way the genuine Vietnam dishes are also very good! If you want good food for a fair price ? Pls go there !
