Park Café München - Munich

Ich war heute Nachmittag mit Freunden im Park Café um etwas die Sonne zu genießen.Leider war der Service, obwohl nicht übermäßig viele Gäste im Außenbereich saßen, dezent überfordert.Das Bestellen erfolgte recht zügig.Leider waren die Gläser nicht sonderlich gut gespült und unsere Heißgetränke kamen mit ca. 20 minütiger Verspätung.Etwas mehr Kaffee für den Kaffee wäre auch nicht schlecht, da er schon sehr dünn war..Ich werde trotzdem nochmal zu Besuch kommen, da das Ambiente ansprechend ist und der Service vielleicht nur einen schlechten Tag hatte.

Extem schlechter Service. Wir haben bei Foodora bestellt und das Essen wurde vom Restaurant falsch bereitgestellt. Wir haben daraufhin 5 Mal angerufen und mit 3 Personen telefoniert. Diese haben uns mehrfach angelogen: 1. behauptet sie hätten uns das richtige Essen geschickt 2. dann behauptet sie würden innerhalb von 10 Minuten einen neuen Fahrer schicken und die Lieferung korrigieren 3. behauptet das Essen wäre unterwegs (was durch Foodara als Lüge entlarvt wurde). 4. sich auf diesen Hinweis unmöglich verhalten und den Fehler / die Lüge nicht eingesehen. Dies ist ein eklatantes Beispiel einer nicht akzeptablen Servicewüste. Im Restaurant selbst ist der Service vergleichbar schlecht. Auch dort habe ich am Dienstag zunächst eine halbe Stunde auf die Bestellung gewartet, um dann das falsche Essen zu bekommen und weitere 20 Minuten zu warten. Wir werden selbstverständlich unsere Konsequenzen ziehen und niemals wieder dort hin gehen. Es gibt so viele hochklassige Restaurants in München. Dies ist definitiv unter unserem Niveau. Ich empfehle Ihnen ebenfalls das Restaurant zu meiden, wenn Sie eine positive Erfahrung haben wollen.

On Friday 28 July 2017 I visited this Biergarten together with my wife. We ordered the Wiener Schnitzel, the Spätzle, a 0.5 Hefenweissen (very good) and, since my wife doesn’t drink beer, a 0.2 glass of the red house wine (€ 6,–).When the drinks came we noticed that there was some foam on the wine. It had a very strange smell – not like wine at all – and a very watery taste. When the food came (almost immediately after the drinks, no way this could have been cooked fresh!) we made a friendly remark about the fact that we thought the wine was unacceptable.We were then told in an unfriendly manner that we had ordered house wine and should have no expectations whatsoever. The wine was then taken away. Our mood was not very good after that experience, but we nevertheless tried to enjoy our food.When the bill came, the wine was still on it. Since we had not been drinking it, we told the waiter that we thought it was unfair to charge us these 6 euros. The waiter explained to us again – now aggressively – that we had ordered house wine, that it came from a barrel (hence the foam) and that the fact that we ordered something that we didn’t like was no reason not to pay for it. After some discussion she took the 6 euros of the bill, blaming us for the fact that she would now have to pay these 6 euros herself. I must say I find this behavior completely unacceptable and the arguments absurd.First of all, it is my opinion that a house wine should be decent. It doesn’t have to be of high quality, but drinkable at least. In fact, I think it is a matter of style to serve a decent house wine, and a good restaurant can be recognized by doing so.Second of all, if a customer makes a complaint about something he ordered, he should be taken seriously and treated with respect. The way we were treated in this restaurant was completely unacceptable and typical for a tourist trap. Needless to say that we are highly disappointed.

This was the last stop of our beer tour. we had to pay for these drinks - the mojitos are really good! we were playing drinking games with friends we made on the tour and the waiters played with us too. they close at 1am so be aware of that. they have cute wooden tables inside.

The place is very nice and very good situated in the city. The food was good, but the service was pretty bad (we waited more than 30 minutes for the food and even 15 min to pay!!)
