Incredible BBQ tucked away at this little spot I'm truly impressed. I got the brisket sandwich with slaw n beans for sides... Everything was awesome but the brisket was so delicious I'll be back... Best bbq I’ve had in years! I smoke about 10 racks a year and a couple of briskets! They have it down to a science. Most rubs I’ve tried are too salty! This is not salty and not over seasoned! The smoke and quality of meat talks for them! Will try to copy their style at home but I think the neighbors will complain about the smoke! Didn’t even need the sauce which is a sign of great bbq! Ordered 3 meats which consisted of pork belly, ribs and brisket! Wow the fat was perfectly rendered from each type of meat! Well done! You guys should go on the bbq circuit. Real Talk.
