Wendy's - Muncie

Coffee cold for some reason at this Wendy's they warm coffee. Asked if they could warm it up in mircow Re, but they said they had no one. But the food was good.

It always seems like nobody has a clue what's going on it's always dirty inside the lady taking orders isn't very friendly either

Unfortunately, our two burgers were dry and not prepared properly and fries weren’t fresh. First time it’s happened.

Quality really bad. Cold fries, Dr Pepper didn't taste right, Chicken sandwich overcooked and dry. Strawberry Frosty was the only thing they didn't mess up.

I don't know what has happened at this location but how do you add chicken and serve a Salad the the drive thru that has wilted and slimy lettuce in it and not notice? I think quality control is at an all time low at this location. Sad because it's closest to Yorktown
