Kfc - Muncie

The restaurant was unclean, and both the food and service were subpar. I won’t be returning!

The eating was hot, but it was not worth 44.00 ordered cole Slav, got mac and cheese instead. has ordered a series of popcorn nuggets, but they do not get them. was under the impression that there was a bucket of chicken strips asking the waitress whether I wanted to original or extra crispy told her the half. Now, I have 6 pieces huh, that was dry and 6 pieces strip. very disappointed. will not be back to any kfc too expensive.

Ordered online and a few minutes after him should have been ready and only find there to find out that they gave me food from the thru running window. waiting for more food for 20 minutes after my order should be ready. the personal was nice enough, but very unprofessional. several customers included me waiting 5-7 minutes before even was acknowledged and by a coworker who was out of the clock and we had to wait longer until she was re-clocked before we got help. I know that the places are hard at the time to keep employees, but that was ridiculous. popcorn huhn was coarse and overcooked. the load was also very dirty. they weren't busy enough for the load to be in the condition he was in. better people!

Waited in the car for 20 minutes in the same place. I didn't even get up. ends up out of line, because mediocratic huh is not the wait I would have endured.

Ok first I'm a KFC fan. This place doesn't serve KFC I'm sure. After a 10 min wait in an empty line to get helped by someone who didn't seem to have the trading to work the register. The chicken tasted like the oil had never been changed, and I live 5 min away but it was cold by the time it reached home. The mashed potatoes container wasn't full and they could have easily passed as soup. Also cold. The green beans while cold were edible. The cole slaw wasn't creamy like I'm used to but again edible. The hard rock biscuits didn't even come with the options of butter honey or jelly as none was offered or given. And one small gripe a serves 6 family meal should come with sporks/forks for 6 not 2! Lastly their was no receipt offered or given so I can't even take it back to make it right!
