The Brasserie - Mumbai

Brasserie is a Nordic restaurant in hilton near the international airport. for its buffet dinner. they offer a wide selection of salads, appetizers, main course and even dessert. for salate I have tried kimchi, vegetable tossed salad with tofu and watermelon feta salad. refreshments were ananas minze cooler and rosenschütze. really liked their ananas minze cooler, would recommend. for starters they offered mutton searchh kebabs, grilled wiper, wiper tikka, malai murgh tikka and fish chili. I highly recommend trying their mutton lookh kebabs and fish chili. I was almost full after the start, but still a little off the main course. butter huh with garlic naan was a heavenly combination. available in desserts contain strawberry vanilla dat, chocolate mooring feuille, malpua, rosgulla, mango beerfi and apfelstrudel.

The international hotel brasserie hilton mumbai. the place is close to the international airport eating was so delicious. they have a buffet system here. amazing eating and service. the personal is very well informed and gives great recommendations. my favorite were the starters where there was a lot of Tandoori starters. I really loved her. when they are looking, they visit here. I would recommend this place for buffet as it is super worth. food 5/5 service 5/5 order 5/5 highest recommended

The brasserie hilton is one of the top notch and outstanding restaurant in a legendary 5-star hotel. the place is spacious with comfortable seating with a stylish and royal decoration with a beautiful view of the pool. a perfect place for families and lovers to enjoy its unlimited buffet with a beautiful spread Indian, Asian, Lebanese and Italian cuisine. the place offers veg and non-Veg buffet for all three meals breakfast, lunch and dinner. the evening buffet, which many possibilities in appetizers (3 veg 3 not veg,) suppen (1 veg 1 not veg,) assorted brote, enticing salads, live counters (pizzas and pastas,) main course (indian and asiates) and tasty desserts. all prepatation were perfect in terms of taste, texture, presentation and everything was fresh and hot. we have chosen vegetarian buffet that offers a suppe in veg category manchowe supp. there were three vegetarian appetizers bhatti ka scheibenwischer tikka, gemüse tilwali suchenh and jalapeno cheese nuggets. all three were made perfect and delicious. the vegetarian salat section was interesting with regular hummus, green heap hummus with soft fresh pita brot, labneh, tzatziki, muhammara, discpapdi chaat and watermelon feta. all were brilliant and delicious in taste. from the live theke were served various types of pastas and pizzen, of which we had pink pasta and sweet pizza, which was cheesy and tasty. in the main course we tried three tasteful gravies lasooni palak, windshield and subz diwani handi along with soft buttery naan. dal makhni with steam-frees was great. we also tried kashmiri pulao, sauteed vegetables, schezwannudeln, vegetables in cilantro sauce. all delicacies were perfectly cooked with delicious aromen and texture. Finally, they had a variety of options in the Dessert area. we tried delicious orange cheesecake, coffee-story chocolate bakery, rosen pannacotta and basbousa. in the Indian sweets tried rasgulla, malai cham cham, chocolate barfi and gajar halwa. every Indian dessert was miraculous. they also had various strawberry and sitafaleis cream. overall had a great time with beautiful ambiente and delicious eating. the staff was polite, attentive and fast in the service. had really a great evening. a place safe on the list of all foods.

Recently I went to brasserie hilton for her wonderful buffet with my brother. the restaurant is located in 5 stars hotel hilton, andheri, mumbai. the interiors are so beautiful here, they are very attractive. the corners of the restaurant are very pictorial. they have a large buffet with veg and not veg foods including seafood. the buffet has various sections of salads, start / appetizers and then to many options for main and broth, then to Indian gravites and biryani’s and then desserts at the end. They have a large amount of options in each section of the buffet. also foods are served hot if necessary. the quality of the food is really good, they took care of the aromen and the overall taste of each food item in the buffet. they also have live counters for pizza and pasta where they can order a pizza and pasta of their choice, including the choice of toppings and other ingredients. I really loved eating here, my personal favorites are huh and discktikka from beginners. in the netzen I also loved Indian chicken gravies and bryani. also I really liked her hummus and pita brot. in desserts I loved the chocolate pudding and also withhai was beautiful. we also had blue lagoon cocktails. the snuck were really perfect and they were also quite refreshing. a perfect culinary experience we had here. very impressed by the entire environment, soft music and eating.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in town . The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Hilton. Highly recommend! They have an amazing buffet system which are having huge variety of dishes from starters to deserts. They have chats, salad, corn charts, baby potatoes, paties, veg and nonveg gravy's, rice, noodles, chocolate scoop and many more.
