Visited on weekend, had an amazing time at this new spot. “MINT MASALA” is a newly opened up spot located at food court infinity mall Malad West. A pure vegetarian restaurant serves lip smacking North Indian, Chinese and continental dishes. They also serve luscious mocktails. The place is spacious, have comfortable seating capacity. The Ambience looks elegant, the 2 Triangles on bar counter looks amazing. They also decorated the Christmas theme which looks pretty. Service was on point as Mr Sagar took good care of us. They have taken all the safety measures while serving the food. WE HAD THE FOLLOWING MOCKTAILS 1)KACCHI KAIRI MARGHARITA Started with this refreshing mocktail, a nice combination of kacchi Kairi syrup along with lime and mint with chat masala. It tasted well, a bit sweet. A nice refreshing mocktail to try out. The presentation was up to the mark. 2)BLUEBERRY FRUIT PUNCH Yet another classic mocktail to try out. Vanilla ice cream with a blueberry crush was delightful to have it. Made to perfection, tasted well. Topped with whipped cream, overall tasted and presented on point. STARTERS 1)PANEER GHEE ROAST MALABAR PARATHA DISC Proper Authentic Mangalorean dish served to perfection. Mini Malabar Paratha decked up with paneer in red gravy. It tasted scrumptious, the paneer pieces along with mini Malabar paratha, this combination was delightful to have it. The quantity was sufficient and the presentation was up to the mark. 2)VEG GALOUTI KEBAB ULTA TAWA PARATHA This is probably the signature starter of mint masala. Soft galouti kebab melts in the mouth and these soft kebabs were served on ulta tawa paratha. It tasted scrumptious, the combination was delightful to have it. The quantity was sufficient and the presentation was excellent. Worth to try out this signature starter. MAIN COURSE 1)PANEER MAKHANWALA Tender and fresh paneer cubes served in tomato gravy. It tasted delicious, a bit sweet. Along with this gravy, tandoori roti was the perfect combination. The presentation was up to the mark. 2)GRILLED COTTAGE CHEESE BUTTER GARLIC SAUCE HERBED SAUCE We went for the continental option. This main course includes 3 pan grilled paneer along with herbed rice. The rice was served with mashed potato and in house butter garlic sauce. It tasted scrumptious, one of the best vegetarian main course I’ve had. The combination was delightful, the quantity was sufficient. The presentation was excellent. Worth to try out this continental main course. DESSERT 1)CHOCOLATE BOMB Lastly had this bomb dessert, chocolate bomb includes Chocolate sphere with chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream and topped with caramel sauce. It tasted delicious and perfect way to end a happy meal. The presentation was excellent. On the whole, it was an amazing experience at this newly opened up place. All the sustenances that I attempted were extremely delicious. Service was on point. If you’re looking for a new place for a pure vegetarian restaurant, I would recommend this spot. A nice spot to visit with family would be back here again. Awesome place to be nice ambience with awesome food. They make good food really should try this.
Mint Masala is a fine dine restaurant offering multi-cuisine delicacies in Infiniti Mall, Malad West of Mumbai suburbs. Newly opened, it is vegetarian, offering array of choices for Jain visitors as well. Besides, temperature check, face mask, and sanitization are compulsary for customers amid the COVID-19 pandemic, before enjoying a meal there. Families, groups of friends, and colleagues, can rejoice the soothing music, lighting, and top notch hospitality offered by Mint Masala. On our recent visit, we asked bartender, Hong for his opinion on drinks, among many, he offered us Peachy Plum mocktail, and Bartender's special cocktail. The best part was that he tasted them, and got rid of excess water from the melting ice, before providing us with the final drink. It explained his attentiveness and care for customers through little things that matter. Similar to drinks, all dishes were highly Instagramable for social media users. As we asked Ashutosh sir, a staff member, for their best delicacies, he offered us Tandoori Soya Chaap, Nut Crusted Multani Paneer Tikka with Mint Chutney Foam, and also made us witness the live making of Spinach Chaat 2.0. Chef Gaurav Raghuvanshi prepared and presented them so well that we couldn't get enough of them. In our experience, Tandoori Chaap was tender, well-marinated, with evenly distributed spices to win the heart of a North Indian. Nut Crusted Multani Paneer Tikka with Mint Chutney Foam was eye-catching, consisting of cottage cheese, crispy on the outside, with coating of cashew nuts. It features a foam of pudina chutney for tongue tickling experience. Spinach Chaat 2.0 consists of crispy spinach fritters accompanied with various chutneys, roasted peanuts, and pomegranate to accentuate taste. In the main course, we went for fusion dish, Dum Veg Burrito with Dal Makhani. The Indian twist to the Mexican dish is prepared with utter perfection, comprising of kidney beans, with creamy Dal Makhani as a dip for a desi lover. On the other side, Pindi Chole with Bhature will bring out Punjabi in you. Chole are tangy with strong tomato flavour, served with Bhature, pickles, and onions. Mint Masala desserts are fresh, as we opted for Chocolate Mousse, which comes with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and cherry on the top. It was scrumptious and gooey. Another fusion we tried was Crispy Jalebi accompanied with saffron rabri foam, from the streets of Old Delhi, which is inspired by popular Daulat Ki Chaat. It is a must-try for those with sweet-tooth. To conclude, it was out of the world experience, with brilliant hospitality, authentic delicacies with unique twists, and subtle ambience. Special mention for Chef Gaurav Raghuvanshi sir, considering the presentation, and quality, and Ashutosh sir for serving us.
Consistently good eating, good ambiente and service?
A few days back I visited one of the most famous places in the city and infinity mall. they are known for their lipstick tasty kitchens that are very affordable. the atmosphere is quite good and the ambiente is very good. they serve Indian, Chinese, continental, etc. the service is quite good and the personal management is very friendly. that must try to court from this place is the hot sizzling brownie, pesto pasta and aam panna. all were filled and delicious. visit the place!
