Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis is the first an authentic and award-winning Chinese restaurant that they will definitely love. this was my second visit to this amazing place and it was satisfactory both in terms of food and service. this restaurant is located in the famous hilton mumbai international airport mumbai. the interiors are beautifully decorated with Chinese themed paintings and warm lighting. the soft music gives the wonderful ambiente more stars. definitiw a recommended place in mumbai. I recently cleaned my taste buds with some of their delicacies at the yum cha festival from 6 september 2019 to 15 september 2019. if I ever crashed into the gastronomic affair, then they could shut my gluttony. chef dinesh mhatre has healed a special Chinese menu to delight the chicks. they have 3 set menus in the festival, namely veg set menu, non-Veg set menu and seafood set menu at the price range from inr 1550 to inr 2050 plus control per person. what I tried - huh tom kha soup: started with the suppe that was not part of the menu. it was amazing, resistance was too good and lightly seasoned with loaded chicken mushrooms in it. starter: we chose meeresfruit. each menu has 16 starter options that they receive, which is unlimited. all appetizers what I had was amazingly special prawn wrapped roll, butterfly prawns, vietnamese prawn roll, fish pfeffer garlauch and fish basil. net: we had veg fried rice and prawns chilli basil. they can choose from different options what they want. medium-sized garnels really well mixed with sauce and so tasty tasted and really goes well with fried rice. desserts: sago melon pudding: try this amazing dessert that she would not let stop at one. it was from the world. the service was fast and the staff was very good to mention, especially mr. ajit nair. So if they haven't been their yet, what are they waiting for? My second visit here and totally loved eating again. I tried her new Chinese New Year's menu and it transported me to China. I love everything from suppe to desserts. a simple clear suppe with udon, broccoli and bokchoy. really tasteful and perfect for the cold weather. crispy sweet and spicy fried aubergine. so good. my man said, why don't you do this? crispy chili kartoffeln. kartoffel chips with chili and coriander sat. pretty good. cottage cheese and edamame sat in chili and paprika. very tasteful. it was great. my son enjoyed it. Vegetable frits went well with the beautiful delicious, garlicky and mild tofu spinach gravy and a mild soja chili broccoli and bokchoy gravy. I loved her. again a commentary of my man, after the age I had authentic Chinese like, as we back in China, that 's a compliment in the did. the chili noodles had to die for. I loved her. it didn't take any instructions. I could finish the bowl if I hadn't eaten the appetizers. so good. my man who doesn't normally like noodles also loved it. I was too full and therefore did not try to buy the desserts I am sure they were equally good. definitiw a fantastic place for Chinese food lovers. Chinese/Asia food is love. it's close to my heart. always looking for good authentic Chinese food. I visited imperial china yesterday to try the special curated menu of chefs. the restaurant is beautiful and well designed. I come to eat, I really enjoyed it! we started with a tom kha suppe that was quite tasteful. well balanced and tasty. the herbal spring rolls were delicious. crisp wrapper and a perfect filling of sweet inside. yummy. cottage cheese in a spicy sauce. that was delicious. cottage cheese in a spicy garlic sauce. very lip-snake. spinat and kohl dimsums. that was decent. the outer skin could have been softer and thinner. coming to the netzen, tofu tonpot, a delicious black buzz engraving with tofu dice. flavorful and not very sharp. perfect accompaniment with the spicy basilikum roasted rice. the basilikum fried rice was delicious. spicy and tasteful. okra chili basilikum fry. crispy and spicy okras, so good, could not stop eating them. it was a dry preparation. can be eaten as an appetizer. wok tossed baby auberginen. small aubergines with garlic, early onshore and jalapenos sat. they were good. again a dry preparation. a small engraving would have been nice. but still a good court. cocospy pudding with a toffe sauce. perfect, balanced dessert to finish the perfect meal. a fantastic meal. 1teaspoonlove recommends eating 4.75/5 ambiente 4.5/5 service 4/5 wfm 4/5
This review is based on a invite to the yum cha festival in imperial china. that was my first visit in hilton and I must say I was impressed. simple and noble ambiente with royal looking upholstery and wallpaper. I loved the ventilator here. it is so unique. the restaurant is located directly near the lobby and it is a beautiful place. we were here to arrange a special dinner for us. they have 3 menus to choose from, the veg menu, the meat menu and the same menu. the price of the set menu we chose was 1550 plus control. they have a offer when a guest finishes the entire set menu, then they get a 30% discount on the bill. not too sure about the conditions, but that's what I guess. we chose the Veg menu that had a selection of more than 10 12 appetiser, 3 netzen and a selection of 3 4 delicious desserts. mocktails ———— we tried 3 of them, the lemon and sprite based one, the chus cooler and one was more like a sunset cooler. all were amazing, but try the khus based drink. it is extremely refreshing. appetiser ————— we had a selection of beautiful appetizers such as sweet hot basilikum, hot kartoffels, volcanic vegetables, golden pearls, gold coin, veg momo, filled okra, tsinghai mushrooms, veg spring rolls, Vietnamese rolls, sweet shady cakes. all these were par excellence and no one let us down. I must add that I loved servier style. small tellers serving the individual portions were a perfect opportunity to enjoy such a meal. ———————— we received a selection of fried rice, jasmine rice, nudele and gravure. we could choose our basic sauce and vegetables for the gravy. we chose the Hakka noodles, fried rice and manchures with hot garlic. eating was delicious and I couldn't stop eating. desserts ——— we had 4 options, date pfannkuchen with ice cream, sago melonenpudding, tub tim coarse the honey noodles with ice cream we have chosen. the dessert was so hearty and soul, which touched that we decided to demand one more. a special thanks to mr. nagarajan (restaurant manager) and our table, ajit nair. they ensured that they were extremely attentive and the entire team was warm and cordial. I loved everything about this culinary experience here and I would like to return with my whole family of a day as I am sure that they would love it too. it is a place to be restored with their loved ones.
A fine dine restaurant serves authentic Chinese cuisine that has recently been awarded with the best Chinese cuisine travel leisure food award 2018. only a few things about imperial china hilton dinners only (timings – 19 clock to 11:30 clock) zomato gold food offer is applicable serving authentic chinese cuisine only. no Indian Chinese or other foods are served here. her new sous chef thomas lai has curated a special Chinese New Year menu to give authentic Chinese food lovers a chance to experience some traditional Chinese New Year dishes. a few things about the Chinese New Year 2019 1. official Chinese New Year on 05. february becomes until 19. 2. there are 12 animal species 2019 is the year of pigs. 3. few veg traditional NY dishes are spring rolls, knödel, noodles, hot pot, vegetable dishes etc. very recommended dishes from our orden tom kha; veg shanghai spring rolls; exotic tofu; okra chilli basil; pan fried noodles; burnt garlic rice wasabi ice cream. her tomato sauce is lippy knowledge. our veg menu curated by chef thomas lai for the evening was as follows: soup tom kha (veg thai coconut soup) application 1.Spinach cavity cup 2. veg shanghai spring rolls 3. exotic tofu 4. honey cake baby corner 5. wok tosed baby auberginen (eggplant) 6. okra chilli basilikum 7. long bohnen fry 8. green vegetables in white garlic sauce 9. pan fried noodles 10. burnt garlauch reis dessert 1. banana toffee 2. wasabi ice cream drinks 1. Strawberry Delight 2. apple mojito 3. whiskey sour regarding uniqueness, aromen, textures chef thomas lai was impressive. he used okra aubergine (eggplant) as main Chinese dish ingredient for two vegetarian dishes that was delicious, refreshing quite impressive tbh. fine dine restaurants are often criticized because they are expensive, slow serve time offering less wfm of a customer point, but they make them feel like a vip, offering unique food combinations the entire food experience is remembered for long. imperial china manages to cover all areas of comfortambience, vintage decor, classy crowd, supreme food quality, chinese cuisine authenticity overall staff management (dress code, behavior, courteous food serve time) elegantly efficiently. imperial china could improve in two areas: dish presentation serve time. it's good, but has opportunities to improve. the entire imperial china lives up to its award-winning call printing, a fine dine restaurant in a stylish hotel like hilton. they should visit imperial china for food experience let them pamper the staff for the choice.
Imperial China one of the best place i ever visited for chinese cuisine.Located in Hilton International It has a royal ambience one could ever imagine. Just 10min far from airport road metro station Hilton International Represents Royal Charming Beautiful Look as soon as you enter there is someone playing good piano with that soothing music. Ambience: Much loved place in my list.Royal look with comfortable Seating ,Yellow lights Slow music and vintage glass chandeliers hanging above.No doubts this place is worth a visit. Service : Good service each dish was served with proper description and special thanks to Mr.Kedar for some good recommendations. Food, Amuse Bouchee : Started with this which was basically a fried wanton topped with schezwan sauce. Vegetable spring rolls : Crispy spring rolls stuffed with veggies tossed in soya sauce , Good in taste was crisp and really very well prepared served with schezwan sauce. Spinach and Cabbage dimsums : Dimsums is must have if u visit at any asian restaurant.So This is my personal favorite.Dimsums stuffed with spinach tossed with sesame seeds and cabbage.Truly delicious. Mains, Tofu Claypot combined with Veg Fried Rice : Ordred this.Basically tofu claypot is served as gravy .bites of tofu with scallions some beans and garlic as per suggestion combined with fried rice. indeed a great combination. Also tried Okra chilli and basil fry: Okra made to crisp tossed in red chilli and basil.truly delicious had some spicy as well as sweet basil flavours. and desserts, Coconut Pudding : Soft fluffy coconut milk pudding drizzled with butterscotch sauce.Had mild sweet flavours loved it. Fried Icecream : Crispy shell with vanilla icecream inside drizzled with chocolate sauce and served with fresh cut fruits. Imperial China A Place must visit for some chinese food to be tried.
