Quattro Lower Parcel - Mumbai

I absolutely love the food at this restaurant! The atmosphere is very good, and the starters are amazing - from pizzas and pastas to nachos, corn fritters, and tacos. I will definitely be returning to this place when I am in Mumbai. The food is superb for vegetarians, but vegan customers should remember to order without cheese. The desserts are also amazing. Next door, there is a bakery called Rolling Pin that is definitely worth a visit if you have time. It is a paradise for vegetarians, as it is rare to find eggless desserts.

In my personal experience, I ordered tacos without cheese or sour cream, and the server acknowledged my request for no dairy. However, my plate was almost delivered to me with cheese before being sent back to the kitchen. After a few more delays, the dish finally arrived with some bits of cheese still present, indicating that the kitchen had attempted to pick them out rather than remake the dish. Despite these issues, the flavors of the food were enjoyable. However, customers should be wary of placing special orders. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Quattro for those in a rush, as it took about 35 minutes for my meal to be served.

Quattro should be good for Lacto vegetarians, but is not a safe bet for vegans or others who do not take milk (especially if allergic) initially there is nothing explicitly vegan on the menu so that you have to ask the server, and the servers can or may not know it, and they can or may not have any special items (e.g. no cheese) to the kitchen properly communicate and even if they are able to do it properly. in my case it was even worse: I ordered tacos without cheese or acidic, and the server repeated my order, clearly noticed the request for no milk at all. so far, so good. but 15 minutes later my teller made it almost to my table, before someone caught it and sent it back to the kitchen. ups. ten minutes later it was back on the way to me so that I would wait in consideration of the long ones I thought they had made it without being new and when the waiter put it with a smile and said we did not fall on it. but unfortunately there were still a few pieces of cheese, so it seems that the kitchen spent 10 minutes getting the cheese instead of removing it from scratch. that all said the aromen were good. only cave-receptor over special commands. and based on this unique experience, I would not recommend it for everyone in a hurry as it took about 35 minutes to serve for me.

It is the best restaurant. I would highly recommend trying out any item in the menu. fajita was really delicious and desserts were delicious. infrastructure is beautiful and attractive.
